Mr. McIntyre is counsel in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Real Estate Group. His practice focuses on the private equity aspects of commercial real estate and includes acquisitions and dispositions of office, hotel, retail and industrial properties, as well as joint venture arrangements, real estate aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, secured financings and restructurings, and commercial leasing.

Mr. McIntyre joined Davis Polk in 1977 and became counsel in 1985.

He graduated from St. Peter’s College in 1974 and in 1977 received his J.D. from St. John’s University, where he was notes and comments editor of the law review. He is admitted to the bar of New York.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
