Ms. McKellar is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. She joined Davis Polk in 2004.

Ms. McKellar graduated, magna cum laude, from Yale University in 1999 and in 2000 received her M.St., with distinction, from Corpus Christi College, Oxford University. In 2003 she received her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. She clerked for the Honorable Marilyn L. Huff, Chief Judge, Southern District of California, from 2003 to 2004. Ms. McKellar is admitted to the bars of New York, California and Massachusetts. She is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She is conversant in French and German.
