Mr. Holloway is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Investment Management Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Holloway graduated, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University in 2003 and in 2007 received his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
