Mr. Kohley is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Tax Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Mr. Kohley graduated, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Notre Dame in 2004 and in 2007 received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was an articles editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy.
