Mr. LaRosa is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Tax Department and works in the Menlo Park office. He joined Davis Polk in 2005 and worked in the New York office from 2006 to March 2008.

Mr. LaRosa graduated from Northwestern University in 2002 and in 2005 received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School. He is admitted to the bar of California.
