Mr. Moskowitz is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2001.

Mr. Moskowitz graduated, magna cum laude, from Queens College in 1997 and in 2001 received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a member of the Journal of Law & Social Problems and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He is admitted to the bars of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
