Ms. DeVito is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Investment Management Group. She was an associate at Davis Polk from 2002 to 2006 and rejoined the firm in 2007.

Ms. DeVito graduated from the University of Scranton in 1994 and received her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2002. She is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey.

Before rejoining the firm, Ms. DeVito was associated with The Prudential Insurance Company of America.
