Ms. Arendt is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Financial Institutions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2005, she has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group.

Ms. Arendt graduated, with first class honors, from the University of Alberta in 1999 and in 2002 received her LL.B., with distinction, from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law, where she was on the Dean’s List and the articles editor of the Alberta Law Review. She clerked for the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench and Court of Appeal from 2002 to 2003. She is admitted to the bars of New York, Alberta (the Law Society of Alberta) and Ontario (the Law Society of Upper Canada).

Before joining Davis Polk, Ms. Arendt was an associate in the Corporate Securities Department of Stikeman Elliott in Toronto from 2003 to 2004.
