Ms. Chandna is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Financial Institutions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, she has completed a rotation in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Chandna received her B.S.L. from ILS Law College in 2001; LL.B. from ILS Law College in 2003; LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham in 2004; and her LL.M from Northwestern University in 2007.

She is a native speaker of Hindi and conversant in Punjabi.

Before joining Davis Polk, Ms. Chandna was an associate at Thakker & Thakker (India) from 2004 to 2005.
