Ms. Chen is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Tax Department. She joined Davis Polk in 2005.

Ms. Chen received her B.Com. and LL.B., both from the University of Auckland in 2000. In 2005 she received her LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center. She is admitted to the bar of New York and the National Bar of New Zealand—High Court of New Zealand.

Before joining Davis Polk, she was a tax consultant at Ernst & Young from 2000 to 2004.
