Ms. Fang is associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Menlo Park office. She joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Ms. Fang graduated, magna cum laude, from Williams College in 2002 and in 2007 received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was executive editor of the New York University Law Review and a Robert McKay Scholar. She is admitted to the bar of California and is fluent in Mandarin.
