Ms. Nguyen is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the London. She joined Davis Polk in 2006.

Ms. Nguyen graduated, magna cum laude, from Columbia University in 2000 and in 2005 received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was associate editor and senior editor of the Journal of International Economic Law. In 2006 she received her M.St. from Oxford University. She is admitted to the bar of New York. Ms. Nguyen is proficient in Italian and conversant in Vietnamese and Cantonese.

She is author of “Roman Rape: An Overview of Roman Rape Laws from the Republican Period to Justinian’s Reign,” 13 Michigan Journal of Gender and Law (Issue 1, 2006).
