Mr. Olmsted is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Menlo Park office. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Mr. Olmsted graduated, Phi Beta Kappa, from Vassar College in 1996 and in 2000 received his M.A. from the University of Michigan. In 2003, he received his M.P.A. from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. Also in 2003, Mr. Olmsted received his J.D., cum laude, from New York University School of Law, where he was an editor of the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. He is admitted to the bars of New York and the District of Columbia.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Olmsted was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
