Mr. Weinberg is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Tax Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2005.

Mr. Weinberg graduated, summa cum laude, from Columbia College in 1993 and in 2002 received his Ph.D. from Harvard University. In 2005 he received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a staff member of the Human Rights Law Review and a James Kent Scholar. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
