Mr. Smith is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2004, he has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Smith graduated from Williams College in 1998 and in 2004 received his J.D./MBA, with high honors, Order of the Coif, from Emory University, where he was articles editor of the Emory Law Journal from 2003 to 2004. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
