Mr. Aidan is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Synthetic Equities Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Mr. Aidan graduated, cum laude, from the Université Paris II Panthéon-Sorbonne in 1996 and in 2000 received his Ph.D., summa cum laude, from the Université de Nantes. In 2003, he received his LL.M. from Harvard Law School, where he was a Fulbright and Arthur Sachs Scholar. He is admitted to the bar of New York and is a native speaker of French.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Aidan was an associate at Linklaters in London, New York and Paris, from 2001 to 2002 and 2003 to 2007.
