Mr. Anderson is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2006.

Mr. Anderson received his Bachelor of Commerce in 1999 and his Bachelor of Laws in 2002, both from the University of New South Wales (Australia). He is admitted to the bar of New York. He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Anderson was an associate at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Australia from 2002 to 2005 and at Sidley Austin from 2005 to 2006.
