Ms. Niebauer is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Financial Institutions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2006, she has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group and the Credit Group.

Ms. Niebauer graduated from Princeton University in 2003 and in 2006 received her J.D. from Columbia Law School. She is admitted to the bar of New York. Ms. Niebauer is proficient in French and a native speaker of Spanish.
