Mr. Hodgdon is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2004, he has completed a rotation in the Credit Group and the Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Hodgdon graduated, cum laude, from Harvard College in 1997 and in 1998 received his M.Sc. from The London School of Economics. In 2004 he received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a member of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
