Mr. Jackson is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2005, he has completed a rotation in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Mr. Jackson graduated from Harvard College in 1998 and in 2005 received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. He is admitted to the bar of New York and is fluent in Portuguese.
