Mr. Laohaphan is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2005, he has completed a rotation in the Credit Group.

Mr. Laohaphan received his B.Comm./LL.B., with honors, from the Australian National University in 2001 and in 2005 received his LL.M. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He is admitted to the bar of New York. He is also admitted to practice in the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of New South Wales. He is a native speaker of Thai.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Laohaphan was an associate at Minter Ellison Lawyers, Australia, from 2002 to 2004 and a consultant at KPMG from 2001 to 2002.
