Ms. Morris is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Credit Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2006, she has completed a rotation in the Investment Management Group and the Capital Markets Group.

Ms. Morris graduated, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in 2003 and in 2006 received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and editor of The National Black Law Journal and The Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. She is admitted to the bar of New York.
