Mr. Portilla is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2006, he has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group and the Credit Group.

Mr. Portilla graduated, cum laude, from Rutgers College in 2002 and in 2006 received his J.D., with high honors, Order of the Coif, from Rutgers School of Law. He is admitted to the bar of New York and is fluent in Spanish.
