Ms. Prager is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Credit Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2004, she has completed a rotation in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group, the Investment Management Group and the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group.

Ms. Prager graduated from Columbia University in 1998 and in 2004 received her J.D. from Columbia Law School. She is admitted to the bar of New York.
