Mr. Aizen is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Mr. Aizen graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, in 1992 and in 2005 received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law. He is admitted to the bar of New York and is proficient in Hebrew.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Aizen was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison from 2005 to 2007.
