Mr. Ajzen is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2008.

Mr. Ajzen graduated from Stanford University in 2003 and in 2007 received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was a member of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance. He served as a foreign law clerk for the Honorable Asher A. Grunis, Supreme Court of Israel, from 2007 to 2008. Mr. Ajzen is admitted to the bar of New York. He is a native speaker of Spanish and conversant in Yiddish.
