Ms. Chang is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Real Estate Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2003, she has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group and the Financial Institutions Group.

Ms. Chang graduated from Columbia University in 1999 and in 2003 received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center. She is admitted to the bar of New York. She is proficient in Chinese.
