Mr. Holst is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Tax Department. Since joining Davis Polk in 2002, he worked in the London office from 2004 to 2006.

Mr. Holst graduated from Union College in 1990 and in 2002 received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and an articles editor of the Columbia Journal of European Law. He is admitted to the bar of New York.
