Mr. Maynes is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Menlo Park office. He joined Davis Polk in 2005.

Mr. Maynes graduated, summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 2000 and in 2005 received his J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was an executive editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. He is admitted to the bar of California. He is conversant in Spanish and proficient in Russian.
