Mr. Nowak is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Synthetic Equities Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2005.

Mr. Nowak graduated from McMaster University in 1998 and in 2002 received his LL.B./M.B.A. from Osgoode Hall Law School and Schulich School of Business, York University (Canada). Before joining Davis Polk, he was an associate at Torys LLP in Toronto, Canada, from 2003 to 2005. He is admitted to the bars of New York and Ontario (Canada). He is fluent in Polish and is proficient in Russian.
