Mr. Sen is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Sen graduated, with distinction, from the University of Michigan in 2002 and in 2007 received his J.D., cum laude, from Northwestern University School of Law.
