Mr. Chen is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Hong Kong office. He joined Davis Polk in 2005.

Mr. Chen received his LL.B. from Fudan University Law School in 1998 and in 2002 received his LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is admitted to the bar of New York. He is fluent in Mandarin.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Chen worked at a major New York-based law firm and the Center for Chinese Legal Studies at Columbia Law School.
