Ms. Strum is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Investment Management Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2003, she has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group, the Credit Group and the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group.

Ms. Strum graduated from Emory University in 2000 and in 2003 received her J.D., cum laude, Order of the Coif, from Fordham Law School. She is admitted to the bar of New York.
