Ms. Madi is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Menlo Park office. She joined Davis Polk in 2005.

Ms. Madi graduated, with honors, from the University of California at Berkeley in 2001 and in 2005 received her J.D., cum laude, from Stanford Law School. She is admitted to the bar of California. Ms. Madi is fluent in Farsi and conversant in Spanish.
