Mr. Bohidar is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the Menlo Park office. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Mr. Bohidar graduated, cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Brown University in 2004 and in 2007 received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was financial officer and development editor of the Stanford Technology Law Review. He is admitted to the bar of California and is proficient in Hindi.
