Mr. Chainani is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2005, he has completed a rotation in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and the Credit Group.

Mr. Chainani graduated from Harvard University in 1999 and in 2005 received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a senior editor of the Columbia Law Review. He is admitted to the bar of New York and is proficient in Spanish.
