Ms. Dutta is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and works in the London office. She joined Davis Polk in 2006.

Ms. Dutta graduated, with first class honors, from the London School of Economics in 2005 and in 2006 received her J.D. from Columbia Law School. Ms. Dutta is admitted to the bar of New York. She is fluent in Hindi and proficient in French.
