Ms. Martin is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Financial Institutions Group. She joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Ms. Martin graduated, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University in 2001 and in 2005 received her J.D., with honors, from George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of the George Washington International Law Review. Ms. Martin is admitted to the bar of New York and is fluent in German.
