Mr. Sit is a member of Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Tax Department. He works principally in the areas of derivative products, partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions. He has been representing financial institutions primarily in the areas of financial products and derivatives for years.

Mr. Sit joined Davis Polk in 1988 and became a partner in 1995.

Mr. Sit graduated from Baruch College, summa cum laude, in 1985 and in 1988 received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a member of the Columbia Law Review and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
