Ms. Jain is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, she has completed a rotation in the Investment Management Group.

Ms. Jain graduated, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Barnard College in 2002 and in 2007 received her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, where she was a member of the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology. She is admitted to the bar of New York.
