Mr. Luftglass is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.
Mr. Luftglass graduated, cum laude, from Yale University in 2001 and in 2004 received his J.D., Order of the Coif, from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Virginia Law Review and the recipient of the Earle K. Shawe Labor Relations Award. He is admitted to the bar of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. He is the author of “Crossroads in Cambodia: The U.N.’s Responsibility to Withdraw Involvement from the Establishment of a Cambodian Tribunal to Prosecute the Khmer Rouge,” 90 Va. L. Rev. 893 (2004).
Before joining Davis Polk, he was an associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz from 2004 to 2007.
