Ms. McDonald is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. She joined Davis Polk in 2005.

Ms. McDonald graduated from Stanford University in 1999 and in 2005 received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. She is admitted to the bar of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
