Mr. Nicholas is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Mr. Nicholas graduated, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Yale College in 2001. He was a Fulbright Scholar at Humboldt University, Berlin, from 2001 to 2002. In 2007, he received his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
