Mr. Poloner is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Tax Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2004.

Mr. Poloner graduated, summa cum laude, from Yeshiva University in 1998. He received his J.D., cum laude, in 2004 and his LL.M. in taxation in 2008, from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to the bars of New York and New Jersey.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Poloner was an auditor at Ernst & Young, from 1998 to 2000.
