Mr. Tintle is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2008.

Mr. Tintle graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2004 and in 2008 received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he was a research editor of The Duke Law Journal.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Tintle was commissioned in the U.S. Naval Reserves from 2004 to 2008.
