Mr. Pepper is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Litigation Department. He joined Davis Polk in 2003.

Mr. Pepper graduated, magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland in 1996 and in 2000 received his J.D., with highest honors, Order of the Coif, from George Washington University Law School, where he was a member of the law review. He is admitted to the bar of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Pepper was an associate at White & Case from 2000 to 2003. He authored “Judicial Review of Administrative Decisions and Disclosure of Administrative Materials Under Amended Drug Enforcement Agency Regulations,” 67 George Washington Law Review 1025 (April 1999).
