Ms. Wang is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2003, she has completed a rotation in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Wang graduated from Williams College in 1996 and in 2003 received her J.D. from Columbia Law School. She is admitted to the bar of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
