Mr. O’Donnell is a law clerk in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Since joining Davis Polk in 2007, he has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group.

Mr. O’Donnell graduated, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2000 and in 2006 received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was associate editor for the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review. He is proficient in Mandarin.
