Mr. Lin is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. He joined Davis Polk in 2007.

Mr. Lin graduated, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from New York University in 2002 and in 2005 received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was senior editor of the Journal of Constitutional Law. He is admitted to the bar of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is proficient in Mandarin and Taiwanese. He is author of “Treating an Unhealthy Conscience: A Prescription for Medical Conscience Clauses,” 31 Vt. L. Rev. 105 (2006).

Before joining Davis Polk, Mr. Lin was an associate at Dewey Ballantine from 2005 to 2007.
