Ms. Tsaneva is an associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell’s Tax Department. She joined Davis Polk in 1999. Prior to joining the Tax Department, Ms. Tsaneva worked in the Managing Attorney’s Office.

Ms. Tsaneva graduated, magna cum laude, from Ithaca College in 1998 and in 2004 received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was an International Business Law Fellow. She is admitted to the bars of New York, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She is a native speaker of Bulgarian, fluent in Greek and proficient in Russian.

She is the author of “Transfer Pricing in the World of Services and Intangibles – A New Challenge to Preserving the Corporate Tax Base,” 9 UCLA Journal of International Law & Foreign Affairs 323 (2004).
